Shawn P. McGoff

Shawn McGoff is the CEO of Heirloom Tax Solutions based in Greenwood Village, CO. He brings more than 25+ years of experience in leadership and business helping C-suite leaders, closely held businesses, real estate investors, and high-net-worth individuals navigate complex financial challenges. Shawn’s background also includes four years on active duty serving our country and leading teams in the U.S. Army where he exited as a Captain.

Early in his career as a U.S. Army officer, he had the opportunity to build a strong foundation in strategic planning, process discipline, accountability, and execution - skills that have served him well throughout his professional journey. For the past 23 years, he has applied that foundation as a banking executive in the financial services industry, helping C-suite leaders, closely held businesses, real estate investors, and high-net-worth individuals navigate complex financial challenges. Shawn’s focus has been on unlocking and protecting capital, managing risk, improving operational efficiency, and driving sustainable, profitable growth. At Heirloom Tax Solutions, he is excited to leverage that experience to drive the continued growth of our Colorado-based firm.

Shawn earned his B.S. in Finance and Management from the University of Dayton, his MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University, and completed the Advanced Management Program from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Shawn is married and has two teenage children. When not at work you can find him golfing, skiing, pickleballing, walking, biking, or traveling.
